Questions about CRA support
I got a letter from the CRA. Should I worry?
Most letters are routine requests for receipts. What matters is responding completely and by the deadline. Send it to us and we'll tell you what kind of letter it is.
What if I can't meet the CRA's deadline?
You can often ask for an extension before the date passes. Contact us as early as you can.
Will working with you trigger more scrutiny?
No. Having a representative is normal and often makes the process faster, because responses are complete the first time.
