How it works
- 1
Connect
We set up read-only bank feeds and your cloud accounting file, or move you over from spreadsheets.
- 2
Capture
You snap receipts or forward bills; we chase the missing ones once a month, not daily.
- 3
Reconcile
Every account is matched to statements and questions are batched into one email.
- 4
Report
You get a profit and loss, a balance sheet and a plain-language summary.

Questions about bookkeeping
Which accounting software do you use?
We work in the major cloud accounting platforms used in Canada. If you already have a file, we usually keep it; if not, we recommend one based on your size and how you invoice.
I'm behind by a year or more. Can you catch me up?
Yes. Catch-up bookkeeping is quoted per year of records, from $450 plus HST, and we can file overdue GST/HST returns at the same time.
Do I have to keep paper receipts?
The CRA accepts properly kept electronic records. You generally need to keep records for six years from the end of the tax year they relate to, so scans should be clear and backed up.
