Questions about corporate tax
When is my T2 due?
The return is due six months after your corporation's fiscal year-end. Any balance owing is generally due two months after year-end, or three months for certain Canadian-controlled private corporations.
Do you do audits or review engagements?
No. We don't perform audits or review engagements. If a lender or investor requires one, we'll tell you early so you can plan for it.
My corporation didn't do anything this year. Do I still file?
Yes — a T2 is required every year, even for an inactive corporation. Our inactive corporation package starts from $650 plus HST.
